Affiliates Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
LendKey Technologies, Inc. has no affiliates.
Nonaffiliates Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.
LendKey Technologies, Inc. does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you.
Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
Our joint marketing partners include credit unions.
Other Important Information
California Residents: We do not share any personal information about you with any affiliated or nonaffiliated company to the extent that the information sharing would be subject to an opt-out or opt-in right under California law. We do not share any personal information with anyone for their direct marketing purposes. We do share personally identifiable information about you with credit bureaus and service providers who assist us with identity verification and locating; loan servicing, certification, and insurance; and document signing. You may review and request changes to the personally identifiable information about you that is collected through our Website. As a registered user, you can update a password, email address, physical address, phone number, and financial account information at any time.
